I think that as 1/2 of humanity who bear the unique burden of birthing humanity that women alone should decide the abortion issue. Therefore the U.S. solution to the abortion issue would entail a constitutional amendment allowing for women alone votes on qualifying laws, identity politics to the extreme you might say.
